HOW TO TURN YOUR FIRST-TIME LISTENER TO YOUR FAN by YUNGPROBEATZ


 

Do you want to grow your fanbase? You’re on the right page. Journey with me as I walk you through what to do to turn your spotify or any other platform listener into your fan. It’s not as easy as said, but with the right strategy, you will get to hook your listeners and make them come back again.

However, it is simply impossible to convert all your listeners to your loyal fan.

Let’s break it down into 4 segments, let’s go!

 

1. 
ATTRACT: Your first mission as an artist who is ready to build a huge fan base is to start thinking of how to attract people to your craft.

How can you achieve this?

i. Through ads

ii. Through social media

iii. Through Playlist

 

2. HOOK: Here is what it is. After all your effort to attract as many people you can, it make no sense if after your release, the connection cuts. You need to hook them. How?

i. Regularly release songs to maintain consistency

ii. Collaborate with other talents and tap into their fan base

iii. Build a strong social media presence

 

3. CONNECT: Physically connect with your fans. There are several ways to go about this:

i. Host or perform live shows

ii. Arrange listening party

iii. Get together party

 

4. RETAIN (SUCCESS ARENA): I call this space “Success Arena”. This is   the result of the whole exercise. Congratulations! Those who are with you up to this level are your fan, not just listeners.
